![]() I worry that all the new ways Steam would let Synthesia users communicate will continue to spread my attention and time even thinner. Between the app reviews on both mobile app stores, support email, our forums, and Twitter, sometimes I feel guilty that I'm not able to keep up with "inbox zero" and keep you guys waiting longer than you should. What I've learned over the years is that each time I add a new supported platform, that's another information channel to keep track of, another source of user feedback to keep up with, and a new place to routinely check. As you might imagine, I can feel spread pretty thin sometimes. ![]() So I'm not just in charge of adding new features and fixing bugs, but also all of the business stuff, tax stuff, IT stuff, keeping the website up and running, tracking down scammers selling bad keys on eBay, answering support email, and everything else. The Synthesia "team" is just me (Nicholas) and a couple very(!) part-time programmers that help every once in a while. I am sure this will disappoint many of you that were waiting for Synthesia to come to Steam, but I've decided to hold off adding another distribution channel for now.
